Land & permission
A plot can affect what may be built, how the home must be supported, how construction reaches it and what the complete project requires.
This page explains the checks. It does not confirm planning permission, ground suitability or final cost for a specific plot.
One home · two starting conditions
Illustrative scenarios. The generated images do not confirm buildability, engineering, quantities or cost.
Why site-dependent work can change while the home stays recognisable.
Whether either illustrated plot is legally or technically suitable.
Planning, survey, ground, access, water and service conditions.
Mechanism illustrated; both scenarios remain project assumptions.
Five checks before confidence
What do the applicable plans and constraints allow, and which project-specific municipal route can establish greater certainty?
What do the survey and investigation say about slope, soil, rock, water and the foundation concept?
Where does surface water arrive, where can it go, and what wastewater solution is available and permitted?
Can people, deliveries and equipment reach the working area safely, and what temporary or permanent work is required?
Where are electricity, water and communications, how long are the routes, and which connection conditions still need confirmation?
Portuguese planning procedures and legislation change. Check the current municipal position and project route; do not treat this prototype as legal confirmation.

A useful result
The required evidence supports the present decision boundary.
Named conditions must be resolved before the next commitment.
A material unknown could still change feasibility, design or budget.
The finding conflicts with the project brief or acceptable risk.
A negative finding before purchase can be a successful decision.
